    Hi Kishore,

I followed the instructions and installed Viatalk last night and it worked fine. In the interim, I also signed up for teleblend to “protect” my sunrocket phone number. All this I did yesterday night. This morning whenever I make calls from my phone , it was displaying my new viatalk number on the caller ID`s to whoever I was calling (which is what it was supposed to do). But suddenly ,since afternoon the gizmo stopped displaying the VOIP light and there was no dial tone. So I power cycled the gizmo and it took me back to the sunrocket settings and the called ID`s started showing my SR number.

    I have two questions
    1) Can I lock the SR gizmo to viatalk?
    2) DO you think every time i powercylce the gizmo it will go back to old SR settings or is this only until I port my number to Viatalk?

PLs get back to me ASAP

    Thanks
    Arun

No, Power Cycle does not make an impact on your settings, might be some other reason or you have not saved the settings properly..

Give it an try again, it should work.

I have used your instructions, they work perfectly fine thanks for that. With ViaTalk second second phone port can also be used, do you know how to configure second phone port on the gizmo.

    Thanks
    Lats
